Shipping policy

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation after you place your order and an email containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out. (During the holiday season it may be extended)

All packages marked as delivered by USPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.

We do not accept any responsibility for any delays or errors caused by third party carriers such as USPS, UPS, Fed Ex etc...you will need to follow up with the carrier and resolve with the carrier.

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm eastern standard time will not ship until Monday.

All express packages are shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 12 pm eastern standard time. Orders placed after 12pm eastern standard time are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day, but will be shipped by the next business day.
