Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

The only exchange we will accept if there is a defect with your item. You must send pictures.  You have 24hrs to notify us for return instructions after the delivery via email creativeswaggcustoms@gmail.com And the item must be delivered to us within 5 business days. If not you will not be able to exchange the item and will have to keep the product. 

If you receive the wrong item. You have 24hrs to notify us via email after the delivery of your item at creativeswaggcustoms@gmail.com for return instructions and pictures. If you do not notify us you will not be able to return the item. All items must be delivered back to us within 5 business days from the delivery date. After we receive the item and the item is inspected we will offer to exchange or refund.
